What we collect, and what happens to it
This page describes the information this site collects, why it is collected, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Last updated October 17, 2026.
Information you give us
When you submit the form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number and property details you enter: state, property type, loan purpose, estimated value, loan amount, occupancy answer and any message you add. We also record that you agreed to be contacted and when you agreed.
If you do not submit a form, we do not receive your name, email or phone number. The calculator runs in your browser and does not transmit the numbers you type.
Information collected automatically
When you arrive, we record campaign attribution: the UTM parameters in the link that brought you here, Google or Meta click identifiers when those are present, the landing page and the referring page. That information is stored in your browser’s session storage so a single session keeps the campaign that started it, and it is sent with the form if you submit one.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers also process standard technical data such as IP address, user agent and request timestamps in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. If you submit a form, the request IP is forwarded to our lead-processing systems so that submissions can be screened for fraud.
Why we collect it
- To evaluate the property you are asking about and respond to your request.
- To understand which campaigns and pages produce useful inquiries.
- To keep records of consent for calls and text messages.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent or automated submissions.
Who processes it
Submissions are recorded in our customer relationship management system, our internal lead database and a backup queue operated by our own service providers. Those providers process the data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own use.
If your file moves forward, information is shared with the wholesale lender underwriting it and with service providers required to close a loan, such as an appraiser, title company and insurer. That sharing is part of arranging financing and is described in the disclosures you receive at application.
Cookies and storage
This site does not set advertising cookies. It uses browser session storage for the campaign attribution described above. Clearing your browser storage removes it, and the site continues to work normally.
Calls, texts and email
Submitting the form includes your agreement to be contacted by Loan Daddy LLC about your request by email, phone or text, as stated on the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out. You can also ask us to stop contacting you by email at any time, and we will honor it.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed for the business purpose they were collected for and for the record-keeping obligations that apply to mortgage brokerage. Access is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store payment card data on this site and we do not ask for Social Security numbers through this form.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to record-keeping requirements. Use the contact form and say what you need; a person will handle it. Where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor requests that apply.
Children
This site is for business-purpose real estate financing and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
Licensing and company details are on the licensing page. Site terms are in the terms of use.
Nothing here is a loan offer, a rate quote or a commitment to lend. Business-purpose, non-owner-occupied investment property only. All loans are subject to underwriting and lender approval.
